Is this data legal to use?
Yes. Cannabis licenses, pharmacy licenses and certificates of occupancy are public records that states and cities publish. We collect, clean and organize them. Contacting businesses about your services is standard B2B outreach.

You can. Each state's cannabis regulator and pharmacy board publishes its own list in its own format, and certificates of occupancy sit in each city's permit system. We check them every week and keep only the businesses that need a security system.
